Stuffed bread rolls: you'll fall in love with this flavor

Dough:
500 ml milk
250 ml vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp of salt
1/2 tbsp of sugar
1 kg flour
10 gr baking powder
10 gr dry yeast
Filling:
600 gr minced meat
250 gr bell peppers
2 onions
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp of tomato paste
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chili pepper to taste
Topping:
1 yolk
1 tbsp of milk
Directions:
Dough: mix eggs, milk and oil. Then mix the flour wtih baking powder and dry yeast. Unite the two mixtures and make a dough, leave for 2 hours.
Filling: blend bell peppers, onions, tomatoes and spices. Add the meat and make the meatballs.
Cut the dough and make some balls, spread and fill with meat.
Topping with yolk and milk and bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
