Cheese fritters without leavening: the easy and good recipe

Ingredients:
350 gr flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 package of baking powder
Parsley
Ricotta or fresh cheese (as you need)
200 ml milk
Directions:
In a bowl put the flour and add salt, paprika and egg. Then add the yeast and the milk. Knead the dough and add parsley and cheese.
Roll out the dough and form many disks, fry them in hot oil.
