3 recipes to make a delicious and tasty savory pie!

1) Savory cake with eggs
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 one cup of plain yogurt
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup potato starch
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups flour
1 packet of baking powder
4 hardboiled eggs
METHOD
1. Beat the eggs together with salt, pepper, and the yogurt. Add the Parmesan cheese, potato starch, oil, and lastly the flour and baking powder.
2. Pour half of the batter into a bread pan and place the hardboiled eggs in it.
3. Cover with the remaining batter and bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
4. Let it cool a bit before serving

2) Soft crust savory pie
INGREDIENTS

50g Parmesan cheese
10g baking powder
220g flour

200g cream cheese

METHOD
- Beat the eggs, salt, and pepper. Add the Parmesan cheese, flour, milk, oil and mix everything together. Pour the mixture into a nonstick pie pan, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove it from the oven, let it cool.
- Spread a layer of cream cheese over it and then decorate with anything you like. We used sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, small mozzarella, and rocket. You could also add olives or salami. Let your creativity run wild!

3) Savory braid
INGREDIENTS
for the dough:
250ml milk
25g yeast
50ml olive oil
1 egg
570g flour
pepper
salt
1 tsp sugar

METHOD
1. Pour all the ingredients into a food storage bag.
2. Mix the ingredients together for a few minutes, then place the bag in lukewarm water for one hour.
3. Divide the dough into 3 parts and roll them out to make three strips.
4. Fill with cold cuts and cheese, close them and braid them together.
5. Brush the top of the braid with milk and bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
