3 savory and easy recipes with lemon!

1) Lemon meatballs
INGREDIENTS
ground beef
ground chicken
salt
pepper
lemon zest
lemon juice
basil
1 egg
parmesan
breadcrumb
METHOD
1. Mix the meat with salt, pepper, lemon zest and parsley.
2. Make your meatballs and pour them in the flour.
3. Cook in a pan for 10 minutes, then add lemon zest and lemon juice.
4. Cook for other 10 minutes, then serve hot!

2) Lemon salmon skewers
INGREDIENTS

lemon juice
lemon slices

METHOD
1. In a medium bowl or in a plastic bag stir together all of the marinade ingredients with salmon fillet.
2. Refrigerate for 15/30 minutes.
3. Skewer the salmon and lemon slices folded in half intermittently onto two skewers at a time (The double skewer aids in turning the salmon kebobs on the grill).
4. Bake at 190° for 15 minutes.

4. Continue cooking on low heat. Garnish with lemon zest.
5. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.
