Brioche cake with custard: soft, yummy and easy to make

A Korean recipe that will leave you speechless.
Dough:
200g all-purpose flour
24g sugar
3g salt
30g butter
3g active dry yeast
1 egg
100g milk
Cream:
100g cream cheese
50g sugar
1 egg
30g whipping cream
15g all-purpose flour
Directions:
Dough: mix flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Combine the egg in the milk and add to the mixture. Add the butter and knead well. Let rise until doubled in size. Then divide the dough into four portions, one larger than the other 3. Flatten the larger portion and form strips with the other three. Create the cake and let it rise for 30 minutes.
Beat the cheese with the sugar, then add egg, cream and flour. Form a thick mixture and pour over the cake. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 20 minutes.
