Cheese Medallions: Easy, Quick And Delicious

Ingredients:
2 eggs
200ml milk
250g grated cheese
250g all-purpose flour
Parsley
16g active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt and sugar
Directions:
In a large bowl, put eggs, parsley, salt, sugar, cheese and stir. Combine the flour and yeast and form a dough. Roll it out and cut the medallions with a glass, cook them in a pan with a little oil.
