Fluffy chocolate and jam donuts: the recipe to try absolutely

Ingredients
150 gr butter
40 gr fresh yeast
15 gr sugar
400 ml milk
60 gr sugar
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
3 eggs
Grated lemon peel
4 tablespoons of rum
850 gr flour
15 gr salt
2 milk spoon
Chocolate and jam to stuff

Directions:
Melt butter and milk. Then crumble the yeast and mix with the sugar. Add 150 ml of the mixture with the yeast butter and let it work.
Whisk the eggs and add the mixture with the yeast and the remaining amount of butter. Add the lemon peel, rum, flour, salt and milk. Form a loaf and let rise until doubled. Then roll out the dough, stuff it and make discs. Let them rise for 20 minutes and fry them.
