Carrot stuffed patties: the tasty recipe to make quickly

Ingredients:
Dough:
300 ml Warm water
7 gr dry yeast
1 Egg
1 / 2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Sugar
500-550gr Flour
100 ml vegetable oil
For the filling 1:
3 Carrots
1.5 tbsp Poppy
1-2 tbsp Sugar
40 gr Butter
For the filling 2:
5 egg
1 bunch Spring onions
Salt to taste
Directions:
Dough: pour water in a large bowl and add salt, sugar and yeast. Mix well and add egg, oil and flour. Make a dough and leave for 2 hours.
Grate the carrots and cook in a pan with butter, sugar and poppy. Boil the eggs and chop them with spring onion, season with salt.
Divide the dough into balls, stuff them and fry.
