Carrot buns: the fluffy meal to make very easily

Ingredients:
250g + 62g flour, separated
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
3/4 teaspoon of salt
250ml warm milk
1 large egg
3 tablespoons soft butter/margarine
1 cup shredded carrot
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Cheese
Herbs
Directions:
In a bowl mix 250 gr flour, yeast, sugar and sat. Add milk, egg and mix well. Finally add butter and cover.
Mix carrot and parsley with flour and then add in the batter. Leave all for 90 minutes.
Separate the batter in the molds and topping whit cheese, herbs and yolk. Bake at 356°F (180°) for 25 minutes.
