Potato crispy balls: the recipe to make them perfect

Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of yogurt
1 tablespoon of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of paprika
Parsley or dill

Directions:
Boil the potatoes and mash them. Then put the mixture in a bowl and add eggs, salt, yogurt, flour, paprika and parsley (or dill).
Form balls and fry them in very hot oil.
