Cheesy buns: the easy recipe to make a tasty snack

Ingredients:
165 gr flour
3 gr salt
10 gr sugar
3 gr dry yeast
110 gr warm water
100 gr shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
In a bowl mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Add water and make a dough. Leave for 2 hours and then divide it in some balls. Fill each balls with mozzarella cheese, cover and leave for 30 minutes. Cut on the top and bake at 400°F (200°) for 14 minutes.
