Fluffy stuffed pinwheels: the right dessert to surprise your guests

Ingredients:
Dough:
350 g flour
250 ml milk
30 ml oil
8 g yeast
40 g sugar
5 g salt
Filling:
200 g cottage cheese
50 g sugar
10 g vanilla sugar
10 g butter
candied fruit
Directions:
Dough: mix the flour with yeast, sugar and salt. Then add oil and milk, mix well and leave the dough for about 2 hours.
Mix the cheese with sugar, vanilla, butter and spread on the dough. Add candied fruits and roll. Cut the pinwheels and leave for 30 minutes.
Spread the yolk on top and bake at 356°F (180°) for 35 minutes.
