Mini croque monsieur: a savory treat ready in minutes!

It's the perfect comfort food for any time of day.
 
INGREDIENTS
Slice bread
Cream cheese (triangle)
Ham
Cheese slices
Grated slices
 
METHOD
  1. Put half of a triangle cream cheese on each slice of bread.
  2. Place a slice of ham on each slice of bread and one cheese slice on top.
  3. Finish with a slice of bread and smear half a triangle cheese on the top slice.
  4. Sprinkle over grated cheese.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes at 200ºC (392ºF).
