1) Sweet bread with brown sugar
INGREDIENTS

2/3 tsp of brown sugar

METHOD
1. Roll out the dough, brush with butter and sprinkle with sugar. Roll it up.

INGREDIENTS

brown sugar
cinnamon
METHOD
1. Cut the dough into strips. Cover it with cinnamon and brown sugar.
2. Roll the strips of dough around the bottom side of muffin molds.
3. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes. Let them cool.
4. Fill with ice-cream and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

2. Add some apricot jam and cinnamon to give them some sweetness. Close the triangle by bringing the tip of the triangle up to the opposite end.
