3 potato recipes to make an impressive dish in no-time!

1) Meat and potato Parmigiana
INGREDIENTS
olive oil
onion
400g ground beef
salt
pepper
basil
cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup of wine
400g potatoes
provola cheese

METHOD
- Heat the oil in a pan with some chopped onion, add the meat, seasonings, tomatoes and half a glass of wine.
- Bake the potatoes in the microwave for 8 minutes, or boil them until they are cooked halfway.
- Thinly slice the potatoes and arrange them in a baking dish.
- Alternate a layer of potatoes with a layer of provola cheese and a layer of meat.
- Pour a mixture of beaten eggs and béchamel over the potato parmigiana and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes.

2) Stuffed potato burgers
INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes
salt
pepper
garlic powder
Parmesan cheese
parsley
1 egg
20g breadcrumbs

For the filling:

ham

3) Cheesy potato balls
INGREDIENTS
for the dough

pepper
200g boiled potatoes
oregano
1 egg yolk
8g baking powder
250g flour
100ml water
cheese
ham, cut in cubes
METHOD
1. Mash the boiled potatoes and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
2. Mix in the egg yolk, baking powder, flour, and water.
3. Let the mixture rest for at least 15 minutes, then shape it into balls.
4. Press a cube of cheese and some ham in the center of each ball.
5. Seal each ball well and then deep fry them.
6. Let them cool a bit before serving.
