Pan-fried eggs with peppers: this Tunisian recipe will drive you crazy

Shakshuka, a recipe of Tunisian origin good and simple to prepare.
Ingredients:
4 eggs
4/5 spring onions
200g cherry tomatoes
1/2 pepper
1 clove of garlic
1 chili pepper
50ml water
juice of half a lemon
extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
Directions:
Cut the onions, peppers and tomatoes. In a pan, sauté garlic and chilli. Then add the onions, peppers, cherry tomatoes and cook for at least 10 minutes. Add the green part of the onions, water and cook for another 5/10 minutes. At this point add the lemon juice, eggs, salt and pepper. Let cook the eggs and serve this treat.
