Yogurt cake without butter: fluffy and yummy dessert recipe

A delicious, easy-to-make cake.
Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
60g sugar
500g yogurt
50g honey
100g all-purpose flour
3 egg whites
Peel of an orange
Powdered sugar to taste

22 cm diameter mold
Directions:
Whip the egg yolks with sugar and honey. Then add the orange peel, yogurt and flour. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the mixture with the egg yolks. Pour into the baking pan and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 45 minutes.
