Ingredients:
700 gr of clean cauliflower
100 grams of grated cheese
2 tablespoons of flour
3 eggs
50 ml of water
1 clove of minced garlic
a sprig of parsley
Salt and Pepper To Taste.

Directions:
Wash and clean the cauliflower, then put it to boil. Let it cool and crush it with a fork.
Separately, beat the eggs and add cheese, flour, water and add to the cauliflower. Add parsley, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and stir. Form the pancakes and fry them in very hot oil.
