Apple fry girelle: the tasty and very easy recipe

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
1 egg
180 ml hot milk
3 tablespoons sugar
salt
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions:
Mix the flour, sugar, salt, dry yeast and baking powder. Then add egg and milk. Form a homogeneous dough and let rise until doubled in volume. Roll out the dough and stuff with the apple wedges.
Roll and cut into slices, fry in hot oil and then pass in the sugar.
