Fried mini bombs: fill them as you like

Ingredients:
230 gr flour
200 ml warm milk
1 sugar spoon
1/2 tablespoon dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon of butter

Directions:
In the planetary mixer insert flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Start mixing and pour in the milk. Finally, add the butter and let the dough rise for at least a couple of hours. Roll it out and cut the discs, let them rest for 30 minutes. Fry in hot oil and then pass them in the sugar.
