Crispy stuffed Turkish pies: a recipe to absolutely try

Ingredients:
400 gr flour
350 ml milk
15 gr baking powder
7 gr yeast
Salt
1 tbsp of sugar
25 gr melted butter
1 egg
Fill as you desire
Directions:
Beat egg, salt, sugar and butter. Then add milk, baking powder, yeast and flour. Leave for 1 hour.
Make the filling and make your toast using a mold.
