How to make tomato confit: simple and quick recipe

Ingredients:
300g cherry tomatoes
Powdered garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Dried oregano to taste
Black pepper to taste
20g sugar
35ml olive oil

Directions:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, cut the tomatoes in half. Place them on the baking sheet and season with garlic, salt, oregano, pepper, sugar and olive oil. Bake at 140°C (280°F) for 2 hours.
