Ingredients:
4 eggs
70 gr sugar
350 gr. Yogurt
Grated lemon peel

Directions:
Divide egg yolks and egg whites. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and then add the yogurt. Add the peel and mix. Whisk the egg whites and add to the rest. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 320°F (165°) for 30 minutes.
