Ingredients:
2 apples
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
200 gr flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
160 ml milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon oil
120 gr sugar
1 cinnamon spoon
Fry oil

Directions:
Cut the apples into cubes and sauté in a pan with butter, sugar and cinnamon.
Mix the flour with milk, yeast, egg, salt and oil. Form a dense and homogeneous compound. Add the apples and fry the pancakes in hot oil. As soon as fried, pass them in sugar and cinnamon.
