Ham and olives bread buns: the snack everyone will love!

A rustic and crusty bread buns that anyone can make!
INGREDIENTS
350g flour
5g yeast
50g sugar
170ml milk
1 egg
15ml vegetable oil
300g canned beans
150g Ham
Green onion
5g yeast

150g Ham
Green onion
METHOD
- Mix flour with yeast and sugar in a bowl.
- Mix milk, egg, oil in another bowl and add it to the flour mixture.
- Mix until you have a dough and let stand for an hour.
- Pour the beans into a bowl, add diced ham, green onion and mix.
- Flatten the dough until you get a rectangle. Brush with oil.
- Fold the dough and flatten again.
- Spread the bean mixture over the dough.
- Then fold onto itself and flatten again.
- Cut several squares and bake for 25 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
