Girelle fluffy buns: the wonderful and tasty recipe

Ingredients:
150 ml water
20 gr dry yeast
100 gr butter
100 gr sugar
1 teaspoon vanillin
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
500 gr flour
120 gr raisins
20 gr oil
20 gr sugar
Directions:
Place the flour in a bowl and add sugar, salt, vanilla, eggs and butter. Gradually add the yeast dissolved in water and form a dough. Let it rise until doubled in volume. Divide it into equal portions, spread and stuff with raisins.
Form the swivels and let them rest for 30 minutes.
Brush with oil, add the sugar and bake at 400°F (190°-200°)for 18-20 minutes.
