Homemade walnut bread: the simple and fragrant recipe

Ingredients:
250 ml water
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
100 g crumbled nuts
100 ml oil
1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
1 packet of dry yeast
200 gr flour
150 gr whole wheat flour

Directions:
Fill a container with water, then add sesame seeds, sugar, salt, nuts, oil, sunflower seeds, and dry yeast. Mix well and add the two flours. Let the dough rise until doubled in volume.
Coat a pan (oven) with parchment paper and insert the dough. Add oil and bake at 400°F (200°) for 20 minutes, then remove the top and leave it for another 15 minutes.
