Apple cake: fluffy, perfumed & yummy

Ingredients:
Dough:
200g all-purpose flour
20g sugar
3g salt
6g powdered milk
100g water
3g active dry yeast
50g whipped cream
20g butter
1 egg and water
Filling:
200g apples
30g sugar
5g lemon juice

Directions:
Wash the apples well and peel them, then cut them into cubes and put them in a bowl. Also add the peel and sugar. Place in the microwave for 5 minutes and then add the lemon juice; set aside.
Dough: dissolve the yeast in the water, then mix flour, sugar, salt and powdered milk. Combine the water with yeast, whipped cream and knead the dough. Finally, add the butter and let rise until doubled in size.
After the necessary time, knead the dough again and leave it to rest for 15 minutes.
Then roll it out, fill it and slice it. Place in a cake pan and let rise for 30 minutes. Finally brush the yolk and water on top and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.
