Lemon cream: ideal for filling so many desserts

Ingredients:
4 egg yolks
220g sugar
120g organic lemon juice
Peel of an organic lemon
380g whole milk
50g corn starch
Directions:
Fill a jug with milk and add sugar, egg yolks, lemon peel and starch. Blend and pour into a saucepan, bring over low heat and let it thicken. Finally add the juice and enjoy this wonder.
