Egg in pan with peas and potatoes: a simple meal but very delicious

Ingredients:
3 potatoes cut into cubes
200 grams of peas
Garlic
Parsley
Salt to taste.
200 ml of water

Directions:
In a pan fry the garlic and then add peas and potatoes. Pour the water and cook for 10/15 minutes. Then add the parsley and the eggs, cover and leave for 5/7 minutes, salt and serve.
