Chinoise with chocolate flakes and custard: the recipe to make the tasty dessert

Ingredients:
Dough:
3 eggs
300 gr flour
1 pinch of salt
6 gr dry yeast
35 gr sugar
150 gr butter

50 grams of sugars
230 m milk
7 gr vanilla
20 gr starch

Chocolate flakes
Directions:
Dough: Whisk the eggs with sugar and flour, then add the dry yeast and the butter. Let rise until doubled in volume.
Cream: whip the egg yolks with sugar, add vanilla and starch. Then pour the milk and let it thicken on the fire. Roll out the dough and fill with cream and flakes. Cut it into slices and place them in a mold, let stand for 30 minutes. Brush with egg yolk and bake at 356°F (180°) for 40 minutes.
