Fried brioche bread: the perfect recipe for a delicious breakfast!

Just mix all the items to make a super tasty brioche!
INGREDIENTS
700g of soft flour
15g of dry yeast
2 tbsp spoons of sugar
1 tsp tablespoon salt
1 egg
80ml of oil
200ml of milk
100ml of water
METHOD
- Mix the flour, yeast and the rest of the ingredient and prepare a semi-soft paste, which is covered with a lid for 10-15 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 6 parts, mix and leave covered with transparencies for about 10 minutes.
- Then take each piece and knit the braid. Allow the braids to stand for another 10 minutes.
- Prepare a pan in which you pour a lot of oil and bring it to a boil. Arrange the braids and bake until lightly browned.
