Chocolate and cream mini cakes: you won't be able to resist

Ingredients:
4 eggs
150 gr sugar
1 glass of water
200 gr flour
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 tablespoon of yeast

400 gr mascarpone

Directions:
Chocolate sponge cake: divide the yolks from the whites and whip them with the sugar, then whisk the egg yolks and add the two compounds. Sift and integrate flour, cocoa and yeast. Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at 356°F (180°) for 30 minutes.
Prepare the custard and add whipped cream and cream cheese. Make your cake by wetting the sponge cake with the latte and finally cut into squares.
