Bread bouquet, the recipe to make this fantastic preparation

Ingredients:
400 gr flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
14 gr dry yeast
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Milk q.b. to work the dough

Grated cheese
Parsley
Yolk and sesame seeds for garnish
Directions:
In a large bowl put the flour and add sugar, baking powder and a little milk. Stir and add the mayonnaise, the egg and more milk until a smooth dough is obtained. Let rise until doubled and in the meantime grate some cheese and mix it with parsley.
Form small balls, roll them out and stuff them. Close them as shown in the video and place them in a mold, let stand for 30 minutes. Brush the yolk and add the sesame seeds, bake at 400°F (200°) for 30 minutes.
