Caramel cheesecake: a fresh, creamy and delicious recipe

Ingredients:
200 gr dry biscuits
200 ml melted butter

350 ml whipping cream
Chantilly cream preparation (1 sachet)
170 gr. Cream cheese

Caramel
Directions:
Blend the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter, mash them on the bottom of the mold and place in the fridge.
Whip the cream and then add the preparation for the chantilly cream and the cheese.
Pour on the base and leave in the fridge, in the meantime prepare the caramel.
Pour it on the cheesecake and refrigerate for 4/5 hours.
