Soft stuffed focaccia: tasty alternative to bread

Ingredients:
200ml milk
1 fresh yeast cube
1 egg
100ml olive oil
salt
550g all-purpose flour
Mozzarella or smoked cheese
1 egg
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the milk, then add egg, oil and salt. Finally, add the flour and knead until you have a dough. Let rise for 90 minutes. Then spread the dough in a greased pan and shape wedges. Let stand for 25 minutes and then stuff with mozzarella. Brush an egg and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 30 minutes.
