Bread fritters: crunchy, quick and delicious

Ingredients:
2 sachets dry yeast
800ml lukewarm milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
500g all-purpose flour
2 eggs
Directions:
In a large bowl pour the yeast and a little warm milk, dilute it and add sugar, salt and baking soda.
Then add the flour and the remaining amount of milk, then the eggs. Mix everything and let rise until doubled in volume.
Then shape balls, roll and fry.
