Crispy outside and fluffy inside: these donuts are fast and delicious

Ingredients:
300ml water
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
500g all-purpose flour
Directions:
Pour the water into a bowl and then add the yeast, sugar, salt and part of the flour. Form an almost liquid mixture and then add the remaining part of the flour. Let rise until doubled and then form the dough. After 20 minutes shape the donuts. Dip them first in water and sugar (hot) and then fry.
