How to make amazing no oven cakes!

1 Apple cake in an iron skillet
INGREDIENTS
130g butter
150g milk
150g sugar
300g flour
3 eggs
16g baking powder
1 big apple
2 tbsp brown sugar
METHOD

METHOD
- In a bowl, beat butter, sugar and eggs with a mixer
- Add flour and milk. Then add baking powder
- Peel the apple, cut it into slices
- Grease a pan with butter, sprinkle with brown sugar
- Put beautiful apple slices and pour batter on top, cover with a lid
- Fry for 30-35 minutes on low heat, so that nothing burns
- Turn over and add 10 minutes
2 No-oven cake
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
2 glass flour
1 glass sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 glass milk
½ glass vegetable oil
4 eggs

METHOD
1. To make the batter, combine all the dry ingredients, then add the eggs.
2. Let the bananas caramelize in the pan, then pour half the batter over them.
3. Cook on low heat with the lid over the pan for about 10 minutes. Do the same with the other half of the batter.
4. Cover one layer with hazelnut spread and place the second over it.
You replace the bananas with any fruit you like.

More butter and flour for the tray

METHOD

3. Add the melted butter and vanilla essence and mix.
4. Grease a round cake tin with butter, sprinkle flour and pour in the mixture.
5. Heat the casserole pan and put some oil in the bottom.
6. Place a metal biscuit cutter on the bottom, then place the cake tin on top.
7. Cover and cook on medium heat for around 40 minutes.
8. Place a cocktail stick to check it is cooked. Serve with icing sugar.

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate
METHOD
1.Pour the oil in a bowl together with the sugar and mix.
2.Add the milk, lemon juice, Vanilla extract, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder and baking soda and mix.
3.Pour into a circular glass mold and place in the microwave. Cook on full power for 5-6 minutes.
4.Heat the heavy cream until it bubbles and pour it over the chocolate pieces, wait for 1 minute and mix.
5.Allow the cake to cool, then pour the chocolate mixture over the cake and serve.
