How to prepare a delicious greek beef stew

Ingredients:
600 gr. Beef Lean Rump Steak (boneless)
1 kg. Shallots
1-2 Garlic Cloves
Salt and Ground Pepper
1 fresh ripe Tomato chopped
1 tbsp. Tomato Paste
400 gr. tin Tomato blocks with basil
100 ml. Strong Red Wine
50 ml. White Vinegar
1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1&1/2 tsp. All-Spice
Olive or other oil
1&1/2 tbsp. Sugar
2-3 Bay Leaves
Directions:
Wash the meat and the onion. Brown the meat in a pot, then set aside. Brown the onions and then add meat, all the spices, tomato paste, wine and vinegar. let all cook for about 90 minutes.
