Super fluffy three-colored donuts: a snack that will make everyone happy

Ingredients:
500 gr flour
250 ml of milk
1 egg
150 gr sugar
50 gr butter
7 gr dry yeast
8 gr vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cocoa powder q.b.
Milk q.b.

Directions:
Put the flour, sugar, yeast and salt in the planetary mixer. Then add eggs and milk. Knead the dough by hand and divide it into three parts. One left white, another put it back in the planetary and add cocoa. Finally, mix the third portion with a couple of tablespoons of cocoa and milk.
Let it rise until doubled in volume, then form balls. Let them rest for another 30 minutes and then form the donuts as the video shows. Let them rest for another 20 minutes and then put them in the oven at 356°F (180°) 30 minutes, insert a baking pan full of water during cooking.
