Cheesecake with biscuit base: the recipe to prepare it with just one egg

Ingredients:
9 dry biscuits
40 gr soft butter
100 gr creamy cheese
35 gr sugar
1 egg
90 ml of cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon flour

Directions:
Crumble the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter, mash them on the bottom and leave them in the fridge.
Whip the cheese with sugar, egg, cream, lemon juice and flour. Pour the biscuit base and bake at 320°F (160°) for 50/60 minutes.
