Coconut fluffy swivels: perfect for a delicious breakfast!

INGREDIENTS
• 350g flour
• 200g milk
• 70g butter
• 6g yeast
• 1 packet of vanilla
• Pinch of salt
• 200 g Apricot jam
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp shredded coconut
METHOD
- Mix flour with yeast, vanilla, sugar, milk, salt and mix.
- Add butter and mix again for 5 minutes until you get a dough ball.
- Let the dough stand for 30 minutes.
- Knead again, make a fat strip, cut into 5 cm pieces and form small balls.
- Cover the balls and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Flatten very well with a rolling pin and spread over apricot jam.
- Make a thin roll and cut it in half horizontally.
- Make a spiral with each strip.
- Brush each roll with egg.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºC).
- Once cooked and cooled, spread over more jam on top of each roll and sprinkle some with shredded coconut.
