Apple crumble: fragrant, easy-to-make dessert

Ingredients:
Dough (crust):
150g all-purpose flour
5g baking powder
75g cream cheese
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
4g vanilla sugar
35g sugar

4-5 apples

Dough (top)
50g butter
40g sugar
25g almonds
70g all-purpose flour

Directions:
Crust: mix the flour with baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and then add oil and milk. Finally add the cream cheese and shape a dough. Put in the fridge.
Dice the apples and mix them with sugar and cinnamon, then cook them in a pan with butter.
Top: crumble the butter with the sugar and flour, then add the chopped almonds.
Spread the base in a mold, add the apples and cover with the crumbled mixture. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 50 minutes.
