Tangerine donut: soft and fluffy for dessert lovers!

Blend the tangerines and make a fluffy and delicious brioche! 

INGREDIENTS
 600g (6) tangerines;
 2 eggs;
 40g (2 tbsp) sugar;
 10g (1 tbsp) dry yeast;
 650g (5 ½ cups) flour;
 45ml (3 tbsp) oil;
 Hazelnut cream;
 Egg wash.
 
METHOD
  1.  Blend peeled tangerines with eggs and sugar until smooth. Strain the mixture and whisk it with yeast.
  2.  Pour liquids into the flour and knead until the dough comes together. Pour in vegetable oil and knead well.
  3.  Form the dough into a ball and place into a greased bowl. Cover and set aside for 1 hour.
  4.  Cut the dough into 8 pieces and roll each into a ball.
  5.  Place each ball into a buttered bundt cake pan, then set aside for 1 hour.
  6.  Brush with egg wash and fill each bun with hazelnut cream. Bake for 40 minutes at 180C/350F.
