1 Pizza in ice container
INGREDIENTS

METHOD
- Measure an ice cube shape. Halve the pizza dough and place one half on the ice cubes. Gently press your finger down to the bottom of the wells to create small troughs in the dough.
- Place a ball of mozzarella in each of the indentations. A series of balls in the ice cubes form you then with some ham cubes, another with fresh basil, the last row with a tomato slice.
- Cover the dough with the remaining half of the dough and roll with a rolling pin over the mold to join the two halves together. Excess dough at the edge you cut with a knife.

METHOD
- Place the puff pastry in a pie dish and cover with the red cherry tomatoes. Bake at 190°C for 30 minutes.
- Once the crust is cooked and the tomatoes have softened, add the mozzarella, yellow cherry tomatoes, oregano, salt, olive oil, and basil.
- You can serve it as a starter to add some color to your meal!
3 The sandwich bread cake
INGREDIENTS
1 bag of sandwich bread
150g ham
200g provola cheese
cherry tomatoes

70g Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
béchamel
50g fontina cheese

METHOD
- Spread the béchamel onto the slices of bread and place them in a pan so they form a wreath. Between each slice of bread put the ham, provola cheese and the tomatoes.
- Beat the eggs together with some béchamel, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture over the sandwich bread cake.
- Add oregano and some fontina cheese and bake at 200°C for at least 30 minutes.
4 Spanish tomato toast
INGREDIENTS

METHOD
1. Rub 1 side of each bread slice with 1 garlic clove half then bake at 190°C for 10 minutes.
2. Rub raw tomato on a cheese grater. Make a tomato sauce and add olive oil, salt and pepper.
3. Spread the grated tomatoes on the bread and serve.
