Mushrooms and eggs: simple ingredients for a very special meal

Ingredients:
4 eggs
300 g of Champignon Mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Parsley
3 tablespoons of EVO oil
50 g of smoked Scamorza cheese
20 ml of White Wine
Directions:
Clean and cut the mushrooms, then fry garlic and chili in the pan with oil. Add the mushrooms and cook them, add salt and stir often. Then blend the wine and add the parsley, add the eggs and smoked cheese and add the pepper and other parsley. Cover and cook for a few minutes.
