Chinese "white and purple" bread: a fluffy and colorful recipe

Ingredients:
Beans Chinese paste
100 ml of milk
50 gr sugar
3 tsp of dry yeast
350 gr flour
2 eggs
15 ml of oil
Beaten egg for topping
Sesame seeds for topping
Directions:
Heat the milk and add the sugar, bring to boil and then transfer in another bowl. Add the yeast and melt it.
Mix flour with eggs and pour the milk mixture. Finally, add the oil and leave the dough for 2 hours.
Spread the dough and add the beans paste, roll and cut. Place the dough in a baking tray and leave for 40 minutes, then spread the egg and add sesame seeds. Cover with plastic wrap and steam.
