Crispy fried chicken legs: easy and quick to make with this technique

INGREDIENTS
• 8 chicken drumsticks
• 1 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 1 1/2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
• 2 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp black pepper
• 2 cups flour
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• Vegetable oil
METHOD
- Dry the chicken with paper towels.
- Combine the buttermilk, Tabasco sauce, salt and 1 tablespoon of black pepper. Add chicken legs to the mixture and mix. Store in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Remove the chicken from buttermilk.
- Combine flour, 1 tablespoon of black pepper and cayenne pepper. Shake the chicken legs in flavored flour and place on a stand until the oil heating.
- Add chicken to seasoning flour
- Fry chicken legs in batches for about 10 minutes, turning once.
