Garlic mozzarella bread: cheesy and simply delicious!

Cut the dough into squares and insert the mozzarella: prepare something delicious!

INGREDIENTS
Dough:
 250g flour
 5g dry yeast
 30g sugar
 1/2 tsp salt
 40g unsalted butter, melted
 130ml warm milk
 1 egg, whipped
 250g fresh mozzarella cheese
 
Garlic butter:
 2 tbsp softened butter
 1 tsp minced garlic
 2 tbsp chopped green onions
 1/2 tsp salt
Black pepper
 
METHOD
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough.
  2. Knead on the counter, cover and let rise
  3. After the dough opens, flatten with a hand in a circle.
  4. Brush with an egg around the edges.
  5. Spread garlic butter evenly over the surface. Again mark the jammed spoons to make it easier to put the cheese.
  6. Insert mozzarella slices to fill the dough. Add freshly ground black pepper on top.
  7. Bake at 200°C/400°F for 20-25 minutes.
